The Customer Service team at FAIN spends a significant amount of time on a highly manual process to finalize order confirmations. When receiving customer emails with signed offers, employees must manually transfer data into their system, search for missing project and customer details, format subject lines, and filter out irrelevant attachments before they can finally generate the confirmation. This tedious administrative work takes valuable time away from other important tasks.

A custom bot was trained to automate the majority of this workflow. Triggered by incoming emails, the bot can read the attachments to extract key information and independently register the required details in their ERP system. It can also automatically apply the necessary formatting rules and clean up attachments, ensuring a smooth and rapid processing of orders without manual intervention.
